Upgrading your office? Don’t just “wing” it – that’s how inexperienced techs break everything. Don’t try and make implementation decisions yourself – you don’t know what hardware/software to get, how to set it up, or how it will affect the rest of your IT environment. Systems design, configuration, and testing
New hardware & software additions, moves, and changes we call “Project Implementations”.
Some common implementations include:

You need a Tech Assessment, a clear Scope of Work with each deliverable spelled out, to complete an implementation or upgrade project the RIGHT way.
How it works
Technical Assessment. Our Technical Assessment service starts with a visit to your business location to discuss your IT environment. We gather technical specifications, and discuss a business case for a new Implementation Project. Finally, we combine your technical requirements with a business case and create a detailed written proposal and estimate.
Proposal & Recommendation. Based on what we discover from your Technical Assessment, we’ll recommend options for one or more Implementation Project(s). Your Project options will be clearly spelled out in a written proposal and estimate.
Planning. Begins with your paid deposit and approved proposal. This is where we do further research and planning of the implementation, to help minimize downtime. We’ll help you purchase any new hardware and/or software required.
Executing. When actual changes are made. This usually doesn’t take too much time.
Monitoring. We make sure that your new hardware and/or software is functioning well, and apply any tweaks or adjustments as required.
Closing. Finishing up the project, final invoicing and payment. Your Technical Assessment Credit is applied to your invoice. Most projects can be completed, from start to finish, in less than four (4) weeks.
Results-driven upgrade projects producing valuable customer outcomes
We won’t recommend a new Project investment “just because”: there needs to be a business case that creates value for the customer (usually in time savings from increased reliability, and/or cost savings due to increased efficiency).
