PRIME I.T. Rewards are grouped into Core, Tech Stack, and Gold categories:

Core
Core Rewards discounts are available to clients who meet basic eligibility requirements:
  • RMM Software: Save 1.0% on your monthly premium for using our remote management & maintenance (RMM) software on all company computers & networks.
  • AV Software: Save 1.0% on your monthly premium for using our anti-virus (AV) software on all company computers.
  • Delegated Admin: Save 3.0% on your monthly premium for providing us with delegated administrator account access & all required administrative passwords.
  • User On-Boarding: Save 5.0% on your monthly premium for registering all of your company’s employees (“users”) in our Help Center.

Tech Stack
Tech Stack Rewards discounts are available to clients who invest in our recommended hardware, software, and technology services “stack”:
  • Identity Stack: Save 1.5% on your monthly premium for for using our recommended identity & email solution.
  • Backup Stack: Save 3.0% on your monthly premium for using our recommended backup & disaster recovery (BDR) solution.
  • Network Stack: Save 5.0% on your monthly premium for using our recommended network hardware & software solution.
  • Minimum Viability: Save 7.5% on your monthly premium if your company’s computers are running vendor-supported (not “end of life”) operating systems.

Gold
Gold Rewards discounts are available to clients who meet special eligibility requirements:
  • Full Stack: Save 1.5% on your monthly premium if your company meets all Core Rewards and Tech Stack Rewards eligibility requirements.

  • Minimum Users: Save 10.0% on your monthly premium if your company has ten (10) or more registered users.
  • Client Loyalty: Save 10.0% on your monthly premium if you have been a continuous PRIME I.T. client for one (1) year or longer.

Frequently Asked Questions: PRIME I.T. Rewards

Are all clients eligible for Rewards?
To be eligible for PRIME I.T. Rewards, a new client must complete our 30-day “Intro” period, during which time we will determine a client’s initial eligibility for each reward category. After 30 days, rewards will appear on the client’s monthly premium invoice as long as eligibility is maintained.
How do I earn 'Core' Rewards?
To be eligible for our “Core” Rewards (and a 10% savings on your monthly premium), PRIME I.T. clients must register their users in our Help Center, and grant Silverleaf access to required IT systems, including access to passwords, hardware, software, and admin accounts, and allow Silverleaf to make changes to their IT systems including the installation of our remote management & maintenance (RMM) software on all company computers.
How do I earn 'Tech Stack' Rewards?
To be eligible for our “Tech Stack” Rewards (and an additional 17% savings on your monthly premium), PRIME I.T. clients must use our recommended (and standardized) “tech stack” solutions, and follow a refresh cycle of upgrading critical hardware and software systems on a regular basis.
How do I earn 'Gold' Rewards?
To be eligible for our “Gold” Rewards (and an additional 23% savings on your monthly premium), PRIME I.T. clients must meet special eligibility criteria based on overall company size, length of time as a client, and payment method on file.
Can I combine rewards (i.e. 'mix and match')?
Yes. For example, if a new client registered all 25 of their company’s users in our Help Center, that client would be eligible for both our “User On-Boarding” Reward and our “Minimum Users” Reward for a combined 15% savings.

The client in this example could also decide to do a network infrastructure upgrade using our recommended solution, and after completion of the upgrade project, the client would be eligible for our “Network Stack” Reward for a combined 20% savings.

Do rewards ever expire?
Typically, no, however a client may become ineligible for a Reward by failing to meet certain criteria.

For example, a client who decides to switch their payment method from credit card to check may become ineligible for our “Auto Pay” Reward, and the corresponding 1.5% savings would be removed from their monthly premium.
