Pricing Policy Changes

The following changes to our pricing policy will take effect March 1, 2017:

  • On-site support service will be billed at $199 and include one (1) hour of service.
  • Additional On-site support service will be billed at an hourly rate of $149/hr, rounded to the nearest half hour.
  • An additional Travel Fee of $39 will only apply to On-site support service provided outside of our 15 mile service area.
