Product, Policy, and Pricing Updates

The following changes to our products, policies, and pricing will go into effect starting December 5, 2016:

Product & Policy Updates

  • Service Plans are now available for home and business clients.
  • Remote support service is available to Plan subscribers only.
  • In-shop service (drop off and pick up) is discontinued.
  • Mailing address has changed. View our location page for details.
  • Additional changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Pricing Updates

  • On-site support service rate (non-Plan) is $149/hr.
  • On-site support service rate (Plan) is $120/hr.
  • Remote support service rate (Plan) is $60/hr.
  • On-site consult service (0.5hr) is free for new qualifying clients.
  • Overtime rates: 1.5x applicable rate for service performed outside of normal business hours.
