Policy and Pricing Updates for 2016

The following changes to our policies and pricing will go into effect starting January 1, 2016:

Policy Updates

  • In-shop hardware installation service will be limited to the following items: hard drives, solid state drives, RAM modules, desktop PC power supply units, desktop PC optical drives, desktop PC graphics cards, desktop PC add-on cards, and custom PC builds.
  • The following service items will be discontinued: component-level laptop hardware repairs including LCD screens, motherboards, CPU heatsinks/fans, and DC power jacks.
  • Web design and development services will no longer be performed in-house. New and existing clients who request these services will be referred to our web development partners.

Pricing Updates

  • Business On-site service rate will be $120/hr.
  • Home On-site service rate will be $120/hr.
  • On-site consulting fee (Home and Business) will be $90/hr.
  • Remote support rate (Home and Business) will be $70/hr (0.5 hr min).
  • Some In-shop service item pricing are being updated. Please contact us for details.
  • Travel fee will be $3/mile for all On-site service (waived for service locations within 3 miles and for new clients.)
